Fiduciary Audit File Checklist

At a minimum, the following documents should be collected and kept in your fiduciary audit file, which should include a section for each of the following categories of documents.   6. Participant Communication Documents Regarding 401(k) Education/Enrollment
  7. Investment Policy Statement
  8. Third Party Service Providers
  9. Minutes of Meetings
